Presentation

- All cold items come displayed on disposable platters (included in costs – if you’d like additional platters we have extras for $6 ea) and ready to serve.
- Hot items are presented in foil pans. Where chafing dishes are required additional fees may apply
- A minimal fee will be added for disposable serving utensils, disposable plates and flatware.

Reservations
- 3 days advance notice is required for most events
- But we will work with you to schedule on short notice (depending on event size, location, and our availability)


Deposit
- $100 deposit required on groups of 25 or less
- $200 for groups of 50 or less


Cancellations
- Cancellations within 7 days notice will receive full refund of deposit
